Project summary: The plant was built earlier, the kiln equipment used was backward and badly damaged, the degree of tightness decreased, and the unorganized exhaust gas increased, causing environmental pollution. At present, the automation degree of the plant is low, the overall equipment distribution of the plant is not scientific and reasonable, there are security risks and some high energy consumption, resulting in a waste of resources. According to the market demand and the company's development plan, Shandong Schindler Chemical Group Co., Ltd. plans to build a plant layout adjustment environmental protection improvement technology transformation project, the existing one roller furnace, two organic heat carrier furnace is removed, the new net belt furnace, the original use of organic heat carrier furnace drying replaced by steam drying. The original 18 rolling ball forming machines were dismantled, 10 rolling ball forming machines and 8 sheet forming machines with high degree of automation were replaced, 6 finished product silos were added, new waste gas environmental protection treatment equipment was replaced, and furnace exhaust tubes were merged. The auxiliary project, drainage project and hazardous waste division all rely on the existing project of the plant with a total investment of 5 million yuan, of which 1 million yuan is invested in environmental protection.
