Product Features & Applications

The XDH-1 hydrogenation conversion catalyst utilizes modified γ-Al₂O₃ as its support and incorporates Co-Mo as its active components. This catalyst features a large specific surface area, substantial pore volume, uniform distribution of active components, high hydrogenation activity, strong organic sulfur hydrolysis activity, and excellent stability. It exhibits high conversion capacity for complex organosulfur compounds. Suitable for hydrogenation conversion of organosulfur compounds in gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons such as natural gas, field gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and naphtha. Applicable to large and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises including ammonia plants, methanol plants, and hydrogen production facilities. This catalyst can reduce organosulfur content in feedstock hydrocarbons to below 0.1 ppm.

Usage and Precautions for Catalysts

XDH-1 hydrogenation catalyst is packaged in cardboard drums lined with double-layer plastic bags, with no foreign objects inside the drums. To prevent catalyst breakage, avoid dropping or jarring during transportation. Conduct thorough inspections during storage and ensure protection against moisture. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Do not stack outdoors. Strictly prohibit co-storage with acidic or alkaline chemicals and other harmful substances to avoid compromising catalyst activity. When stored in a sealed container for 3 to 5 years, the catalyst activity remains unaffected.
