Product Features & Applications
The XDH-5 catalyst can be used in the hydrogenation conversion of gases such as water gas and synthesis gas, exhibiting high conversion capabilities for organic sulfides, olefins, and oxygen in the feed gas. This catalyst is also suitable for the hydrogenation conversion of feed gases including petroleum distillates, natural gas, and field gas. It demonstrates strong anti-coking properties against synthesis gas or water gas containing up to 37% CO or 10% CO₂.
Physical Properties
This product utilizes spherical Al₂O₃ with excellent physical properties as the carrier, with Co-Ni-Mo as the primary active components.

Packaging & Precautions
XDH-5 hydrogenation catalyst is packaged in cardboard drums lined with double-layer plastic bags, free of foreign matter inside. To prevent catalyst breakage, avoid dropping or jarring during transportation. Conduct thorough inspections during storage and ensure moisture protection. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Do not stack outdoors. Strictly prohibit co-storage with acidic or alkaline chemicals and other hazardous substances to prevent catalyst deactivation. When stored in a sealed container, the catalyst retains its activity for 3 to 5 years.
