Project Overview: The factory was established relatively early, and its kiln equipment is outdated, severely damaged, and has reduced sealing performance, leading to increased uncontrolled emissions of waste gases and causing environmental pollution. Currently, the factory has a low level of automation, and the overall distribution of equipment within the plant is neither scientific nor rational, posing safety hazards and resulting in high energy consumption in some areas, thereby wasting resources. Based on market demand and the company’s development plan, Shandong Xunda Chemical Group Co., Ltd. plans to implement an environmental protection and technology upgrade project to adjust the layout of its plant area. , The existing roller hearth furnace and two organic heat transfer fluid furnaces will be dismantled. A new mesh-belt furnace will be installed, replacing the previous organic heat transfer fluid drying process with steam-based drying. The original 18 ball-forming machines will be removed and replaced with 10 highly automated ball-forming machines and 8 tablet-pressing machines. Six new finished-product silos will be added, and completely new exhaust gas treatment equipment meeting environmental standards will be installed. The kiln flue stacks will also be consolidated. The project's auxiliary facilities, drainage system, and hazardous waste storage area all rely on the existing facilities within the plant site.
